Accounting

I’m a CPA with 17 years of experience. I prepare your reports, not another employee, so that I can answer your questions.

Tax

I project your tax liability regularly throughout the year. Tax time is less stressful when a CPA has been monitoring your liability, suggesting estimated payments, and planning throughout the year.

Payroll

I utilize Gusto, which specializes in small business payroll. They provide great service at a good price for businesses with as few as 1-5 employees.

How Does It Work?

Schedule a call. I love to learn about people’s businesses, and I can share with you how I make tax planning less stressful.

To get started, provide a copy of last year’s tax return and a list of the bank accounts and credit cards you use for your business.

Each month I email you a Profit & Loss (income statement report) for your business. I also prepare regular tax projections and make recommendations for estimated payments. I provide you with vouchers and instructions for where to make the payments.

Each year, I prepare your tax return. Or, if you already have a tax provider, I can coordinate directly with them to provide information regarding your business.

Kelly's Story

Kelly Mattox, CPA

I grew up in Royston, GA and graduated from Franklin County High School in 2000. In 2006, I graduated from the University of Georgia, Magna Cum Laude with High Honors, with both a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Masters in taxation. I spent 15 years in Macon, Atlanta and Houston, TX working in accounting in a variety of industries. In 2021, I returned to Northeast Georgia to start my own accounting practice. Growing up, my family had a small business at a flea market and I have many family members who are contractors. I love learning about people’s small businesses and helping them plan to reduce their tax burden.
